TOKEN-CARDS: Complete DIY Assembly Guide

Creating your own Multiverse-Z Token Cards is incredibly simple. Each Token Card Sheet arrives pre-printed and ready to assemble, with every character already prepared as a two-sided token: the character artwork on one side, and the character’s name and unique QR code on the other.

1. CHOOSE YOUR TOKEN CARD SHEET SIZE

We normally distribute our Token Card Sheets in two different formats:

A4 — 210 × 297 mm
The larger format. The individual Token Cards are bigger, making them especially easy to cut, fold and handle.

4 × 6 in — 102 × 152 mm
Our more compact format. The resulting Token Cards are smaller and particularly convenient for tabletop play, where several characters, creatures and objects may need to share the same gaming area.

The smaller the Token Card, the more practical it becomes during gameplay.

Whichever size you choose, the assembly process is exactly the same.

2. CUT OUT EACH TOKEN CARD

Using a good-quality pair of scissors, begin by separating each Token Card from the printed sheet.

Start with the larger, easier cuts. There is no need to follow every edge perfectly at this stage; simply separate the individual Token Cards from one another.

3. MAKE THE PRECISION CUTS

Once each Token Card has been separated from the sheet, make the smaller and more precise finishing cuts around its borders.

Follow the printed outline carefully to obtain a clean, professional-looking Token Card.

4. FOLD THE TOKEN CARD

Each Token Card consists of two connected panels.

Simply fold the card exactly in half along the centre line, bringing both sides together.

That’s it.

Your Token Card is ready to play.

5. DISPLAY YOUR CHARACTER

Once folded, your Token Card becomes a simple double-sided tabletop standee.

On one side, players see the full-colour artwork of the character, making the hero instantly recognisable on the gaming table.

On the opposite side, you will find the character’s name and their unique QR code.

This means that the physical gaming token and the character’s digital content remain connected in one tiny object.

 

SCAN & ACCESS THE CHARACTER’S SECRET LORE

The QR code on the back of each Token Card gives you access to that character’s Secret Lore.

Scan it to discover their:

story, origins, background, secrets and place within the Multiverse-Z.

You can explore the Secret Lore in eBook format or listen to it in audiobook format — whichever you prefer.

So your Token Card is much more than a marker on the gaming table.

It is simultaneously a character token, collectible card and gateway to the character’s story.
