⚔️ Orkyos Barbarian – The Forge-Blooded Kings of Ruin and Resurrection 🔥🐺
Barbarian Bloodlines of the World of Valoria
Wielders of the Old Rage. Sons of Valoria Eternal.

🛡️ FACTION OVERVIEW
The Orkyos Barbarian Bloodlines are savage and sacred warriors of the primal world of Valoria Prime. They are born not only of blood, but of spirit—children of ancient wrath and divine memory. These are not mindless savages, but barbarian kings of fire and iron, hardened by the world's fury and shaped by spiritual fire.
They are a people who remember their gods.
A people who fight, build, mourn, and rise again.
Every scar is sacred. Every battle is a prayer.

🌍 HOMEWORLD: VALORIA PRIME
Valoria Prime is a world of thunderous wilderness and sacred devastation—a vast, living crucible forged by storms and tectonic rage.
-
Jagged mountains crack open with lightning.
-
Lush jungles grow wild over bones of war.
-
Ash-blasted wastelands shimmer with the afterglow of celestial tempests.
Scattered across the land are the Warlord-Citadels of the Orkyos: towering monuments of stone, metal, and bone. These are not just fortresses, but living temples—engraved with runes of victory, prayers of vengeance, and ancestral bloodlines. Each stronghold is a map of memory and power.
Valoria is not conquered. It chooses who may thrive upon its skin.

🔱 DIVINE ORIGINS – VALERION AND THE OLD RAGE
The Orkyos revere Valerion, the divine architect of their world. He is the cosmic fire that gave Valoria form and soul.
When he descends into flesh, he becomes VAal—a titanic war-god, part Orkyos, part storm, part world. VAal embodies the union of intellect and instinct, fury and wisdom. He is the Sacred Ideal—what every Orkyos warrior strives to become in spirit.
From VAal comes the Old Rage:
A living, ancestral force passed down in blood and ritual. It is not blind fury, but a sacred power—the engine of creation and destruction. The Old Rage is awakened in battle, ceremony, and sacrifice. It burns in the bones of all true Orkyos.

🐺 HORGHS – WOLF-BEASTS OF WAR
The Orkyos ride no horses, and they bow to no dragon. They ride the mighty Horghs—colossal, war-bred wolf-beasts, born from the wild soul of Valoria itself.

-
Each Orkyos warrior bonds with a Horgh through the Blood-Echo Rite, a sacred ritual of mutual testing and pain.
-
A bonded Horgh is more than a mount—it is a brother, a second soul, and a war-singer whose howl echoes across the battlefields of Valoria.
Some legendary Horghs are said to possess spiritual sight or prophetic rage. They share dreams with their riders and fight with a loyalty deeper than death.
Together, Orkyos and Horgh form the War Pack—an unstoppable tide of fangs, steel, and storm.

🌀 PRIMAL SOUL – THE WAR-SPIRIT AWAKENED
The Orkyos are wielders of a raw, ancient power known as Primal Soul—a form of living magic channelled through rage, blood, earth, and ancestral will. Their power is not studied—it is awakened in fire, in scars, and in the voice of the storm.

Primal Soul Abilities include:
-
🔥 Runic Fury – Sacred tattoos and scars ignite in battle, amplifying strength, speed, and resilience beyond mortal limits.
-
⚡ Stormsong – War-chants can summon thunder and lightning to crash down upon their enemies, channelling the sky’s wrath.
-
🪨 Stoneflesh – Some warriors can harden their skin to the strength of volcanic rock, shrugging off blades and flame alike.
-
🩸 Ritual Resurrection – In sacred sites, fallen heroes may be resurrected through the Rite of Burning Bones—if their soul still burns with the Old Rage.

🛠️ FORGECRAFT AND SACRED WEAPONRY
Orkyos weapons are forged from Kragun, a living metal found only in the heart of Valoria. Each weapon is not only crafted, but ritually awakened in the Circles of Thunder, immense war-forges powered by song, lava, and blood.
Common weapon types include:
-
Twin cleavers of god-bone
-
Hammers bound with chained lightning
-
Spears carved from volcanic fang
Some legendary weapons can shift shape in battle, absorb enemy magic, or even speak in the tongues of the ancients. No Orkyos wields a weapon that does not carry a name, a memory, and a purpose.

🌌 SOUL SENSE – THE ECHO OF LIFE
The Orkyos possess a mystic sensitivity called Soul-Ear—a spiritual resonance that allows them to:
-
Sense approaching enemies or distant allies
-
Hear the suffering of the land itself
-
Detect traitors, lies, or ancient forces awakening
This connection to Valoria’s soul makes them uncanny hunters and guides. It is said that an Orkyos elder can hear the footsteps of fate in the wind.

🎖️ TRIBAL HIERARCHY AND TITLES
Orkyos society is tribal, but not chaotic. Honor and power are earned in combat, ritual, and sacrifice.
-
Khaal of the Thunder – Supreme warlord and spiritual voice of VAal
-
Sangrek – War-shamans, interpreters of the storm-gods and keepers of ancestral memory
-
Hacharnak – Blade-champions of the clans, chosen by blood-duel
-
Riders of Ulgrom – Elite Horgh-riders who patrol the sacred paths and lead hunting wars
Each warrior’s name is earned, never given. Each title is carved in blood and flame.

💥 NARRATIVE PRESENCE AND VISUAL STYLE
The Orkyos Barbarian faction is perfect for campaigns that explore:
-
The conflict between civilization and primal spirit
-
Sacred violence, ritual, and the meaning of strength
-
Tribal honor, divine inheritance, and the fire of rebirth
-
Worlds ruled by chaos, instinct, and ancestral gods
Visually, Orkyos are imposing figures:
Clad in bone-plated armor, wrapped in storm-leather, branded with runes that glow during battle. Their weapons are brutal yet elegant, crafted with the raw power of a world that has never known peace. Each Orkyos is a walking myth, a living hymn to rage, memory, and unbroken spirit.

⚙️ TECHNOLOGICAL ORKYOS – A Future Yet to Come
While the Orkyos Barbarian dominate the wilds of Valoria, there exists another lineage—one that rejects ancient rites and embraces hyper-technological advancement. These are the Iron-Orkyos, the Techborn, the Steelblooded.
But their tale is one for another time…

To get the most out of your Anycubic Photon Mono 4 3D printer, we recommend that you follow this brief tutorial. It will take you less than five minutes to read and understand, and then you can watch the video we have shared just below, where everything is explained step by step.
The video is an excellent review that covers all the essentials you need to know—especially how to calibrate your printer, which is the most important part of this lesson. If your printer is not properly calibrated, you will never achieve good results. A 3D printer must be correctly calibrated, and you should understand its basic operation before you begin printing.
With this video and this short tutorial, you will have everything you need to set up your printer, take it out of the box, and get it ready to start printing.
In less than 15 minutes, you’ll have all the essential knowledge.
Simply read this quick tutorial and then watch the video below.
Getting Started with the Anycubic Photon Mono 4
1. Introduction & Unboxing
-
Unboxing: The process is simple; you just slide the printer out of its "cardboard prison".
-
Physical Setup & Safety:
-
The printer is noticeably light. A key issue is that it has plastic feet, which makes it slide very easily on smooth surfaces.
-
Pro Tip: It is highly recommended to place this printer on a silicone mat. Otherwise, the machine might spin around when you try to loosen bolts, potentially causing spills or accidents.
-
-
Ports: The power socket and switch are on the rear, while the USB port is located on the back right side.
-
Accessibility: The printer features a detachable door for easy access to internals, and a plastic lift-off lid.
2. The Critical Step: Leveling the Build Plate
-
Why it matters: The printer does not come pre-leveled. In fact, out of the box, you cannot even attach the build plate to the arm without loosening the bolts first. This forces you to learn the leveling process immediately.
-
Step-by-Step Leveling Guide:
-
Loosen the bolts: Ensure the four bolts on the build plate are loose.
-
Attach the plate: Secure the build plate to the Z-axis arm using the large top bolt.
-
Home the printer: Go to the UI menu and send the build plate to the "Home" position.
-
Tighten correctly: While holding the build plate flat against the screen, tighten the four screws. Do this by alternating corners (tighten one, then the opposite one) to ensure it stays even.
-
Set Z=0: Once tightened, you must press "Z=0" in the menu. Do not skip this step.
-
3. Hardware Overview: The Vat and Screen
-
The Resin Vat:
-
It comes equipped with crystal clear ACF film, which aids in release performance.
-
Warning: The vat lacks a proper pour spout. When emptying resin, it tends to run down the edge and underneath the corner, making it very messy. Students should be prepared with paper towels and clean carefully.
-
-
The Screen (Resolution):
-
Marketing claims it is "10K," but the actual resolution is 9024 x 5120 pixels.
-
This results in a pixel size of 17 microns, which is incredibly detailed, though the video notes that actual print quality also depends on the light source.
-
4. Interface & First Print Features
-
User Interface (UI): The menu is intuitive and classic for Anycubic machines.
-
Live Editing: A useful feature for beginners is the ability to edit print settings directly on the printer while a print is running. If a print fails, you can adjust settings without re-slicing the file.
-
Calibration (R.E.R.F.):
-
The printer supports the R.E.R.F. (Resin Exposure Range Finder) feature.
-
This allows you to print a test file where different sections are exposed for different times (in 0.25s increments) to find the perfect exposure setting for your specific resin.
-
Summary for Students:
-
Stability is key: Use a non-slip mat because the plastic feet are slippery.
-
Leveling is mandatory: Master the "Loosen -> Home -> Tighten -> Z=0" process.
-
Watch the pour: Be careful when emptying the vat; it drips easily.
-
Calibrate first: Use the R.E.R.F. feature to dial in your resin settings.
